, and it's to commemorate the 15th of Super Mario Sunshine & Star Fox Adventures both of which were released in 2002 (Which I personally consider it the best year of gaming for me).
There's no detailed to this at all. Just a couple of Nintendo icons crossing over and spending their time together in a unique way- by skinny dipping!
